Mmm.

Well, it sounds sorta cool, because the loops you used sound pretty cool, but it's just two loops strung together, which doesn't actually take a whole lotta skill or creativity to do.

If you wanted to make it cooler, you might work on making the transition between the two loops a little more seamless. Adding bass and drums would definitely improve it, too.

Nice title, though. (:

Thanks For The Review yeah i know evreything is just a loop i diddnt put much tought into it it took me 20 minutes to make iam still trying to figure the damn thing out lol thanks again
peace

Aww yeah.

That's what I'm talking about. I'm so proud this is on the best ever list.

I love blues, it shows you where so much of rock n roll got its start. I mean, if you look at Jimmy Page's playing, it's obviously heavily influenced by this kinda stuff, and from there you can trace a lot of more modern stuff as well.

Boss job, way to lay it down. (:

Lundsfryd responds:

That's how I started to listen to the blues. Starting with modern music and tracing backwards.
Thank you very much :)

Diggin' it

I like it, it's simple - it's a 30 second loop, duh - , but it's got a good sorta vibe to it. I'd definitely like to see it fleshed out, and turned into an entire song.

Kudos on some quality work. (:

Wouldja mind checking out my latest thing?

That was epic.

That was really calm and soothing, and almost beautiful, which I've never said about electronic stuff before, hahaha. I haven't heard the original, but that was a top-notch number nonetheless. Great work! (:

Fredgy responds:

haha awesome :D
glad you like it! ;-P

Rockin.

This's pretty jammin', dude. I like your basic riff, and the leads are pretty sweet as well. The bridge-type section that comes in at about 2:52 is killer, and same with the one at 3:40-ish. It's laid back and energetic at the same time, which seems like a contradiction, but makes for a good mix. The dirty bass is definitely a plus. Lovin' it.

One of the things that I didn't like was that a few times, the song feels like it's coming to a head, like at the end of a build-up, but then results in something a bit anticlimactic. I dunno if that was a way to keep the energy of the song going, but it's a little off-putting. Also, sometimes it almost seems not energetic enough to match the dirty, in-your-face tone of the bass. Maybe if the drums picked up the slack during some parts.

Either way, now that I've talked your ear off, damn good song, keep it up. (:

dj-Jo responds:

Thanks a lot for the review. I will be submitting more house/Dance music soon.

Glad you enjoyed it.

Chill, relaxed, hi-dolla (:

It's definitely got the summer feeling going, dude. I like how it's relatively simple, but it's also got a nice layer of complexity to it, it gives the whole thing a really professional feel. 'Atta boy. ;D

Tone-wise, some of the synths I didn't like (the one that comes in at :50 being the only one that comes to mind ;P ), but that's just personal preference, I think, it took away a little bit of the smoothness for me.

Overall, excellent song, this is the kind of stuff that motivates me to get better at writing electronic stuff. (:

durn responds:

lol, thanks man. :D

aye, that's actually the same guitar synth a few octaves up. I dampened the highs quite a bit but you're right, the sound's still a bit off.

thanks a lot for listening :)
